Ready to get started?

The first step is completing the intake form. You do not need to have everything figured out before you contact us. This provides us with the information we need to understand where you are in the VA disability claims process and how we may be able to help.

Before You Begin…

Please be ready to share basic information such as:

  • Branch of service

  • Dates of service

  • Conditions you want help with

  • Current VA rating, if any

  • Prior VA decisions, if applicable

  • Upcoming deadlines, exams, or appeal windows

  • Any documentation you already have

  • What you want help with

If you do not have everything, that is OK! Many veterans do not have perfect records, and that does not mean you are out of options.

Also… We know this part can feel awkward.

You are being asked to talk about injuries, symptoms, mental health, pain, and pieces of your life that may not be easy to explain. We do not take that lightly.

We also promise this is not one of those situations where someone grabs your phone number, calls you nonstop, sounds like a pushy salesman, and then disappears into the paperwork void.

No spam. No pressure. No disappearing into la-la land.

Just a structured starting point so we can understand what is going on and figure out the best next step.

Setting Expectations:

  • Completing the intake form does not guarantee immediate assistance (but we promise a personalized response to let you know we received your information).

  • Response times may vary depending on current workload (but we really will contact you to confirm we received your information and start a conversation).

  • We help veterans through a structured process so we can provide consistent support. We want to provide quality, fair support to all veterans – you all matter to us!

  • We provide no cost guidance and education, not legal representation.

  • Services are provided at no cost to veterans. We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3).
